Product Description
The products produced by the PVC double-tube extrusion production line are mainly used in plastic bricks, building threading pipes, electrical pipes, etc. The first-class quality cannot be separated from many years of experience. The main machine uses a conical twin-screw extruder to improve the mixing effect, and the extrusion pressure is high. Double-tube extrusion mould has high production efficiency and stable molding. Adopt double-tube vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling to ensure pipe quality. Independent control of the overall structure of the double-tube traction mechanism and synchronous cutting device. The equipment is compact and occupies a small area of the ground. Coordinate with accurate and randomly set fixed turnover and stacking devices.

1.Die head with streamlined runner surface, two half mold body design, die head disassembly, easy to clean.
2.To adapt to the melt flow of different viscosity to get uniform distribution.
3.Die body adopts die steel or imported alloy steel to prolong the life of the die.
4.All the surface of the runner is plated with hard chromium, the average thickness is 25μm~50μm, and mirror polished.
5.Die head fasteners with high strength bolts of class 12.9.
