Product Images




GPPS is a thermoplastic resin, colorless, odorless, tasteless and lustrous, transparent bead-like or granular solid. It has a density of 1.04~1.09, a transparency of 88%~92%, and a refractive index of 1.59~1.60. Under stress, it produces birefringence, which is known as the stress-optical effect. The melting temperature of the product is 150～180℃, the thermal decomposition temperature is 300℃, the thermal deformation temperature is 70～100℃, and the long-term use temperature is 60～80℃. In the lower heat deflection temperature 5 ~ 6 ℃, after annealing treatment, the stress can be eliminated, so that the heat deflection temperature is increased.
