2.Incoterms & Shipping
Our term is based on EXW Guangzhou. If you need us to arrange shipping, please let us know the destination port. We will quote the optimal shipping cost/method for you.If you need any special import documents e.g. Original Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Consulate Attested Commercial
Invoice, etc., please also advise us in advance. We will quote accordingly.
3.Payment
We accept 100% Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), credit card, Western Union, etc. For order amount more than US$20,000.00.-, we accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before dispatch. Please feel free to contact us if you have any doubts or concerns about payment method.
4.Production Time
Usually our production time is 7 to 14 days. However, it still depends on the order quantity, machine type, raw material status,etc. If the machine is in stock, it could be ready to ship in 3 to 5 days.
5.Warranty
We offer one year warranty for machines starting from the date that the machine was dispatched from our factory. Please send us serial number, photos, and videos of the machine. If machine is defective after our Service Team’s examination, we can provide free parts based on EXW Guangzhou. Please note that consumables are not covered by warranty.
6.Your Sample
If you want to send us your materials to be tested on our machines, please contact us for delivery details first. We will need the details of your materials too. Please also advise your courier account number for sending back the samples.
