Boiler seamless steel pipe is also called Seamless steel pipes and tubes for low，medium，high pressure boilers, which is a kind of seamless steel pipe. The manufacturing method is the same as that of seamless steel pipes, but there are strict requirements for the steel grades used to manufacture steel pipes.
According to the temperature of use, it is divided into two types: seamless steel pipes for low and medium pressure boilers and seamless steel pipes for high pressure boilers.
The seamless steel pipe for low and medium pressure boilers, the operating temperature is below 450 ℃, mainly made of 10# and 20# carbon steel hot-rolled pipes or cold-drawn pipes.
Seamless steel pipes for high pressure boilers are often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions, the operating temperature is below 450 ℃～650℃. the pipes will be oxidized and corroded under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor. The steel pipe is required to have high lasting strength, high oxidation corrosion resistance, and good organizational stability
