Q2:Can I print my Logo on products? And can I have color box with my LOGO?
A: Depend on different items. Because some item not support with print logo(like no space to print). For most of products support with print logo, or put a logo sticker on the packing. Color box with customer's design, we will check first, and also give the best suggestions.
Q3:How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and we control the defective rate less than 0.2%. Secondly,
during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. Then for defective batch products, we will
repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
