Alpha-Arbutin, similar to Beta-Arbutin, can inhibit and reduce the formation and deposition of pigments. Studies have shown that Alpha-arbutin can reduce the activity of tyrosinase at relatively low concentrations, and its inhibitory effect on tyrosinase is better than that of Beta-arbutin.
