We have materials testing before using, ICQ team 100% full check the material and accessories, we have 1QA and QC for each production line for quality checking on production line to make sure everything is good, and inspection after goods finished to double check the final quality and packing.
Q8: Q: If there’s a quality issue when I received the goods, what should I do?
A8: Our quality standard is AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor. We take care of each step for quality, if there’s a quality issue after goods received, please contact us for the after-sales service, we will handle this carefully and effectively.
