The YK circular vibrating screen is adopted imported advanced technology from abroad to manufacture screen machine which cn be applied to screen various dry materials in coal, metallurgy, traffic, ore dressing, construction, power, chemicals industry ect.

This vibrating screen , belong to customed circle center style of vibrating screen, uses eccentric sgafts type vibrator, bearing of ample clearance and oil lubrication to make noise lowest and service life longest. It's  components have characteristic of strong universal and convenient maintenance. Rotary motion of the vibrator is dragged by V-shape belt connected with belt wheel driven by the motor. The frame of screen box adopts looping rivet connections to make structure advanced, firm, durable.

2. Vibrating Screen Working Principle:

The vibrating screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The motor

 makes the exciter rotate speedily through the v-belt. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were 

achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. Under the influence of sieve box, the materiel are tossed forward 

successively on the mesh. They were classified as thrown up, and the particles smaller than the mesh size were 

sieved out during the falling process, so that the classification of material could be achieved.

plugging holes is not ealisly blocked.
