Product Overview
1.CP Dual track coffee capsule filling machine, the speed reaches 80-100 cups per minute. Working Prefectly connect to capsule box packing machine.
2.The framework is made of 304 stainless steel. Suitable for Nespresso, K-Cup, L my way. Also, you could customize own coffee capsule cups.
3.Can be filled with ground coffee powder, instant powder, tea, milk powder, liquid, and so on.
The accessories of the machine are mostly OMRON, Schneider, and so on.

Buffer
Connect the filling machine, play the role of buffering the finished product, and send the heat-sealed capsule to the packing machine at the same time.
Kcup storage
Kcup storage has 54 tubes, each tube can store 50 at least kcups. when the sensor test if cup would be running out on the machine, storage could get a signal and drop row of cups
Nitrogen flush and auger filling station
Nitrogen flush can keep coffee fresh and servo motor drives auger filling accuracy.
Clean system
A clean system after filling, it can clean coffee around the cup edge, indirectly keep tightness with heatsealing.
Suck lid
Building lid storage, the sucker works and put it onto kcup.
Double heatsealings and take finished out
Twice heatsealings make sure tightness for kcup. Manipulator suck packaged cup on conveyor belt.
