1 Have distance request when the APP control with Kwun robot?
No distance request ,your can control it anywhere.
However, in order to clean the solar panels fully autonomously in schedule, there are some conditions: first, it must be dry clean
mode, water pipes may be stuck to frames under wet clean mode, second, there must be auto charging station when robot has low
power, third, the PV arrays must be connected by bridges if the panels are separated.
2 Kwun must with internet work ?
No , without internet connection ,it doesn't affect the work, but can’t send work report to APP .
3 What degree kwun can climb clean ?
In theory or lab test kwun robot can climb biggest degree is 45° in dry clean. However, in real practice we suggest dry clean the
20°degree (future model 35°degree) water clean 15°degree .
4 How to repair the robot if it's broken?
We are looking for distributors & agents worldwide in order to handle local market aftersales service. If you want to be a
distributor or agent, Kwunphi company will offer 1 year warranty for free replacement and training.

Yes, it's capable to clean in dry or wet mode.
