HR-530, HR-80, HR-902, HR-90, and HR-910 are all acrylic PVC ultra-high molecular weight processing aids independently developed by our company to meet market demand. The products have the characteristics of fast plasticization and high melt strength and can be widely used in all kinds of profiles, pipes, and all kinds of foam pipes, plates, wood plastic products, etc.
Performance
1) Rapid plasticizing can promote the low-temperature melting of PVC and effectively change the rheological properties of PVC resin.
2) It can obviously enhance the melting strength, thermal elongation and elasticity of PVC, giving PVC products excellent product density and surface finish.
