Translation & guide fee

For new customers, we charge translation & guide fee, each day USD25

**The fee will be return after order placed.

For regular customers, translation & guide service is free of charge.**

Terms of payment:

30% deposit, 70% against copy of original shipping documents, L/C at Sight or 10-20 Days

Airport pick-up fee:

Shanghai pudong international airport: USD 120 (Buick GL8, it can fit 7 persons)

Hangzhou xiaoshan international airport: USD 50 (Buick GL8, it can fit 7 persons)

Yiwu airport is free of charge

For regular customers the airport pick-up service is free of charge.)

Quality control

We do final shipment quality control when we collect goods in warehouse. One carton of each item will be open and do quantity & quality check, we will take a picture of each items for records purpose.

If you request pre-production sample, pls inform us in advance.

Warehouse (free of charge)

We have a own warehouse in Yiwu, it can load 10X40 HQ container at one time.

Consolidation service:

If you buy some products from another city, we offer consolidation service, we can collect the goods for you, and keep in our warehouse, load all goods together in one container.
