 The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion.

 

 

Our PE pipe extrusion machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running etc.

 

 

The standard PE pipe extrusion machine include: material charger, SJ series single screw 

 

extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker.

 

The main electrics for PE pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,

 

ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.

 

 

All of our PE pipe extrusion machine will be tested before delivery, and we will invite our cients to

B. The basket composite machine head adapted for PE processing not only guarantees extrusion stability at high speed, but also realizes minimum stress and highest pipe quality in low temperature.

D. Adopt multi-pedrial tractor to drive all pedrials through central motor to get synchronous height and guarantees pipe’s roundness.

E. The high-speed, precise designed cutting machine is low in noise. And it is also equipped with strong scrap attracting device to reduce the work of maintenance to the lowest degree.

 

 

1. The machine adopts DC motor, and Eurotherm DC digital converter and high efficiency screw to ensure high efficiency extrusion.
2. This production line adapts basket type composite die head, which ensures not
Only the uniformity of high-speed extrusion but also the stable performance of tubular
goods.
3. This production line adopts high efficiency double chamber vacuum calibrating
technology and spray cooling bath to improve the rate of finished products of tubular
goods and meet the demand of high-speed production. The vacuum bath and cooling bath adopt stainless steel.
4. This production line adopts multi-caterpillar haul-off and ensures the synchronization.
5. The cutting machine adopts special saw blade with low noise, equipped with chip
collector.
6. The whole line adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen, which
