MerlinBird Matcha
1.Tea material originated from tea gardens in Hubei Plateau，NO pollution;
2.Shaded growing for 3~4 weeks, only harvest in spring from early April to middle of May;
3.Japanese imported processing lines and Japanese specialists team for guidance;
4. Above 800~1000 meshes, good for brewing and absorption；

Our ceremonial first grade matcha tea powder latte was picked from special Yabukita tea cultivar which originally from Japan. Our machine is imported from Japan, While our staff go to Japan to learn the newest skills annually in order to make the best matcha tea.

How To Prepare
1. Spoon the Matcha green tea powder and the sugar into a mug or cup.
2. Add the warm water and mix with a spoon or with a whisk until it is a smooth dark green paste to ensure no lumps form.
3. Warm the milk in a small saucepan and pour into the mug until nearly full. Use cold milk for an iced latte.
4. Use a whisk to mix the paste and milk together until smooth and light green in colour.
5. It is also possible to add a few sprinkles of matcha green tea powder on the top for decoration. Or add ice for an extra cold iced latte.

MerlinBird matcha tea plant, is Yabukita tea trees, imported from Japan.

2. Fully fertilize the tea garden to make the buds and leaves grow stronger and increase the content of tea.
3. The tea trees are covered for 15 days before the fresh leaves are picked, and the shading rate of the tea trees is 98%.
