Process flow and configuration:

With building gypsum powder as raw materials:

Natural gypsum powder, desulfurization gypsum powder, phosphogypsum powder, special high-strength waterproof additive, fiber reinforced material, lightweight material perlite, negative material, fly ash, etc.
The raw materials are mixed with water, poured and molded, and then dried into a new lightweight partition product hollow gypsum mold box. It is mainly used for energy saving of roof.

1. Gypsum block host, double row die cylinder ejecting block system, with synchronization system to avoid error.
