1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually make a quotation within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. If you are very anxious to get a price, please call us or
let us know in your email so that we give your enquiry priority.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We will provide you with our existing samples to check our quality, but you will have to pay the freight. If you need a sample as
your design to check our quality, the sample fee will be paid by you. Sample charges are refundable if your bulk order meets our
requirements.
3. What kind of documents do you accept for printing?
PDF, Core Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
4. Can you design for us?
Yes. We have a professional design team to provide you with free design, just tell us your idea, we will help you to turn your
idea into a perfect product. If you don't have the complete file, that's fine. Send us high resolution images and we can design
the layout you want until you are satisfied.
5. How soon can I get the sample?
After you pay the sample fee and approve the layout, in most cases the sample will be ready for delivery within 5-7 days. Samples
will be sent to you by Courier, either using your own express account or prepaid to us if you do not have an account.
6. Can I order multiple product colors (applicable products)?
Yes! You can order a variety of product colors on applicable items. Please note that there is no additional charge for ordering
multiple product colors with the same artwork and stamp colors, and you will receive a discount on the price of the total
quantity. However, if you want two different seal colors, you may have to pay an additional fee.
7. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one that works best for you.
8. Are you a factory or a commercial company?
We are a manufacturer in China.
9. Do you accept contract work?
Yes, we accept OEM and ODM.
