Q1:How to get the samples?
Free existing A4 sample or meter-long sample, the customers paid shipment fee.
Customized samples, according to the product demand to pay the customized fee and shipment fee. And we will return the customized and shipment fee after your first order.
Q2:Where is your main market?
Our products mainly export to Philippines, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, US, Europe countries, China.
Q3:What is your minimum quantity?
If we have stock cloth, the MOQ for sample order is 100Y/colour. In addition, the MOQ of bulk order will be based on the customized demand, at least 1000/Y.
Q4:How long to delivery your products?
For existing A4 samples, we will ship them as soon as you placed an order.
For customized samples, we will ship them about 10-15 days.
For bulk order, we will ship them about 20-30 days.
Q5:How to guarantee the quality of your products?
Strict detection during production.
Before shipment, strict sampling inspection on products and ensured intact product quality and packaging.
Q6:What is your payment term?
The payment term for new customer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment can be TT or L/C at sight or LC90-120DAYS .We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good cooperation.
