Redfish caught in Greenlandic waters are generally much fattier than those in the Atlantic Ocean.
We select only dressed fish weighing 1kg or more, as larger fish are fattier.
We then marinate them overnight at our factory in Gifu Prefecture using special sauce based on soy sauce and sweet sake.
Relish in the rich fatty taste of redfish from the Greenlandic waters harmoniously combined with soy sauce marinade.
Redfish caught from the Greenlandic waters weighing over 1kg are sparse in the market, making this product a once-in-a-blue-moon treat.
