This project is a newly built private residence located in New York. As the area has a humid subtropical climate with hot summers and cold winters, it's important to consider factors such as energy efficiency, insulation, and durability to ensure that the products can withstand the region's weather patterns. Our experts decided to use thermal break aluminum profiles and low-e tempered glass. And meet the "ENERGY STAR" promoted by the local government in the United States.
In addition to the folding doors, Alucasa provided all of the windows for this project, including casement windows and sliding doors, all of which were the same specifications as the folding doors. To meet the client's design needs and address climate concerns, we provided a customized opening system for the fixed upper windows to meet their individualized needs.
