Product detail:
Crusher mainly consists of motor, rotary shaft, moving knives, fixed knives, screen mesh, frame, body and discharging door.
Fixed knives are installed on the frame, and equipped with a plastic rebound device. Rotary shaft is embedded in thirty removable blades, when using blunt can be removed to separate grinding, rotate to be helical cutting edge. So the blade has long life, stable work and strong crushing capacity. Sometimes when equipped with a winding conveying device, the discharging system could be much convenient and realize bagging automatically.
Mainly usage includes all kinds of plastic lumps, bullion, PET bottle, PP PE film, woven bags, fishing nets, fabrics etc. Raw material will be crushed into 10mm-35mm (customized) with different sizes of screen meshes.
Main feature:
1. Multi-functional crusher, could choose different blade and shaft structure to meet different material. Crushed material is very small, could be directly used for pelletizing or other recycling;
2. Motor and shaft is directly connected by belt, ensuing high rotating speed and efficiency;

Crusher Size and Sieve
PSJ series strong crusher is mainly used for PE lumps, PET bottles, PE/PP film and other plastic material cutting. The cutting knives can be disassembled down for sharpening. The blades have smooth piece type and claw type . The sieve size of the crusher can be customized according to the crushed output size requirement. Normally if requires to crush PET bottles and big objects, to aviod of overheating, the crush must be crushed in wet condition.
Smooth Type
Smooth Type Blade is suitable to crush PET bottles. The long and sharpen blade surface is easy to cut the PET material, eventhough the surface of PET is toughness and requires enough power.
Claw Type
Claw type blade is suitable to crush PE,PP lumps, The hardness of PE,PP lump is easily to be crushed when it contacts with the claw blades.
