Main installation procedures
1、Surveying and setting out
Use theodolite and leveling instrument to mark the vertical and horizontal control line of keel installation on the external structure according to the elevation separation of curtain wall.
2、Pillar installation
The pillar is fixed on the main body structure through corner connection. Stainless steel screw bolt fastening is adopted to adjust the vertical degree of pillar.
3、Install beam or connecting piece
Screw bolt or nails are adopted to fix the beam(or connection piece) on the pillar, to adjust the vertical and horizontal degree of the beam.

5、Apply pipe sealant
An open system does not require pipe sealant, whereas close system is required to apply pipe sealant to the horizontal and vertical seam.
6、Curtain wall cleaning
Clean up the installed ceramic curtain wall.
