A: QC regularly check the quality . We have been working with large solar inverters company. Our products were damaged less than 3% over the past five years.
Q2.If there is a problem with your product, how do you deal with it?
A: The warranty of the products is 24 months. we have a professional after-sales team, in case of any problems, please contact us and our after-sales engineer will help you solve the problem.
Q3.Can you accept OEM, ODM service?
A:Yes, OEM and ODM are available.
Q4.What kind of certificate you have ?
A:ISO, CCC, CE, ETL, Thayer, UL .
Q5. What's the payment term?
A: We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L
Q6. How's the delivery time ?
A: Usually it will take about 5-7 workdays for production

A:we have two types, one material is 100% copper and the other is copper with aluminum.It depends on your requirement.
