FBA Inspection (AFI)

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION (DPI)

Defect Sorting Service (DSS)
The purpose of the Defect Sorting service (DSS) is to sort out as many products as possible on known issues (ex: specific cosmetic defects, function problems, or packing imperfections, etc.) during the number of man-days allocated. Make sure only good products deliver to buyer.
CONTAINER LOADING SUPERVISION (CLS)
During CLS, the inspector monitors the loading process, checks product quantity & container condition, and ensures the proper handling of your cargo. A simple quality check is performed before loading to verity that the product type and packing details conform to your requirements.
SIMPLE FACTORY AUDIT (SFA)
Simple Factory Audit checks the legitimacy of the factory. The auditor will check and verity the factory's licenses and take some photos of its office, the contact person, and the workshop production. It only checks the most basic information, such as the factory profile, human resources, and production facilities, so you can be sure the factory is not fake or a trading company.
EXTENSIVE FACTORY AUDIT (EFA)
An Extensive Factory Audit can uncover problems before production so that you can know your supplier's capabilities, system,management, and operating procedures. Factory audits include factory profile, organization structure, production process,production capacity, facilities & machinery, intimal quality control system, R&D and special requirements from client. This can help you select a supplier with confidence.
SOCIAL AUDIT (SA)
This social audit focuses on the following areas according to SA8000 standards: health and safety, disciplinary practices, working hours, compensation, management practices, forced labor, freedom of association, and child labor laws. The Social Audit should be performed to ensure that you are doing business with factories in which social rights are respected.
