           The double-layer stainless steel reactor is designed as double-layer stainless steel, the inner layer can be put into the reaction medium to do stirring reaction, and the sandwich layer can be connected with different hot and cold sources (freezing liquid, hot water or hot oil) to do circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under the condition of constant temperature, the reaction can be stirred under normal or negative pressure in the closed stainless steel reactor according to the requirements, and the reaction solution can be refluxed and distilled, which is the ideal pilot and production equipment for modern fine chemical plants, biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis.

Product Features.
1. Frequency conversion speed control, AC induction motor. Constant rotation speed, no brush, no spark, safe and stable, can work continuously.
2. The whole set of instruments are produced by SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, with good chemical and physical properties.
3. The sandwich interface is passed on hot oil through circulation, which can do heating reaction, and passed on freezing liquid can do low temperature reaction.
4. Can be reacted at room temperature, pass on tap water that can quickly reflect the heat away.
5. Stainless steel ball valve is used for the lowering of material, there is no dead angle in the container, and it can be dismantled to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
6. Six mouth reactor cover, extra large mouth design is easy to clean, standard mouth socket can choose to assemble reflux, distillation synthesis device.
