Performance and application

 IC-2011 is one kind of non-phosphate reactive pre-treatment chemical, especially for steel and iron, zinc and aluminum surface treatment. Does not include the volatile organism, can strengthen cohesion of coating and the anti-corrosive performance.

 

 IC-2011 anticorrosion performance is greater than or equal to iron phosphating liquid/ polymer sealing and free-chromium and then watering. Applied at room temperature, spray or immersion treatment process. After treatment wash with deionized water. IC-2011 can be matched with various types of paint.

 

Recommendation:

After the IC-2011 approach, storage tank should use the fluoride resistance hard PVC or the PP plastic.

 

IC-2011 tank body may use hard PVC (not contain emulsifier) or the stainless steel 304, or the steel and iron tank body inside including the fluoride resistance plastic.
