Work Flow
The electrostatic separator is discharged to the grounded rotating roller by the high-voltage static electricity generated by the high-voltage generator inside the equipment. The materials to be sorted are evenly lowered onto the rotating drum through a special feeding device. After the conductor material receives electricity, the electricity is put into the ground through the grounded rotating drum. Due to the inertia of the rotating drum, the conductor material is thrown into the conductor receiving hopper. After the non-conductor receives electricity, due to its poor electrical conductivity, it is adsorbed on the surface of the rotating roller, and as the roller turns to the back, it is swept by the brush and falls into the conductor receiving hopper.Some of the conductor and non-conductor materials fall into the middle bin hopper due to different reasons such as the drum speed, the adjustment distance of the equipment baffle, the size of the material particles and the amount of electricity received, and then enter the feeding machine and enter the unloading device for sorting.
