A: This product series adopt Mitsubishi or Panasonic inverter rotary compressor, DC fan motor, DC water pump for 3-10HP models, and can easily control the unit via mobile app after WIFI connection. And some models have already gotten CE certificates issued by UDEM and ErP A++ & ErP A+++ labels from TUV certificate company.
Q: How about the refrigerant type?
A: For Monoblock type, R32/R410a are optional. For split type, R32 & R410a are optional for EDHP-09 (3HP). But for EDHP-12/14/16/24/30 (4-10HP) only have R410a.
Q: How about the compressor?
A: Generally, we adopt Mitsubishi or Panasonic inverter rotary compressors.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Generally, one unit of sample order is acceptable, but the quotation will be a little higher than the container order.

A: Generally, one year for the whole unit, and three years for the compressor.
