1.What is the material of your glassware?

Most of our products are made of soda lime glass.

2.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs, but we accept lower quantity for trial order.
3.Can I get samples?

Yes, 2-3 pcs each item for free if the sample is available, but freight will be on your side.

4.How long is the sample lead time?

For available samples, 1-5 days, for new samples, 2 weeks usually.

5.How long is the production lead time?

For regular available items, 1-10 days once order confirmed, for items not in stock or new items, about 30-45days.

6.Is it ok if i want my own design?

Yes, we have a strong designer team could design ad your requirements, Open new mould for your sample is ok.

7.Which kinds of the certification would you have?

LFGB, CIQ,SGS, etc.

8.What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L, Western Union, Trade Assurance, L/C at sight are also acceptable for some orders.
