The temperature-sensitive color-changing pigment is composed of microcapsules wrapped with temperature-sensitive pigments, with an average particle size of 3-10um.
Temperature-sensitive pigments can change color with temperature changes and are very sensitive to the external environment. Therefore, microcapsule technology is used to protect temperature-sensitive pigments and enhance the stability and durability of temperature-changing pigments.
When the thermochromic microcapsules are heated, the internal material structure changes to another color, and when cooled, the internal material of the microcapsules returns to the original structure to restore the original color.
