Description

  TM-T104 degreaser at room temperature divides into liquid A and powder B. It is a advanced low-temperature, high efficiency degreaser. The product has very strong capacities of decontamination, dispersion, emulsification, solubilization. It is a hybrid degreaser which be made of sodium salt, a variety of surfactants and solvent. There are some advantages, such as room-temperature using, saving energy, easy to operate, degreaser, long service life and so on. The degreaser adapts to degreasing treatment of iron and steel products in the coating, plating, blacking, painting and other finishing processes.

1. Using methods

  The degreaser can be used to clean the steel surface by scrubbing or soaking.

 

2. Preparation methods (with 1 ton)

  2.1 Add water to sink with 70 % to 80 % of the capacity of sink, and then slowly add 70 kg TM-T104A, 30 kg TM-T104B, at the same time, stir. Add margin water, and stir evenly.

  2.2 The quantity of TM-T104-LA degreaser can be improved properly for the parts with heavier oil stain.

3. Treating conditions

  Free Alkalinity: 15 to 19 PT     Temperature: 25 to 55 degrees

  Time: 10 to 20 minutes (can be determined by steel degreasing situation)

 

4. Additions and adjustments (with 1 ton)

  4.1 The concentration is ever-changing in a continuous process, so the concentration must be determined periodically, and then add degreasing agent in time, so that the  concentration of degreasing liquid maintains a specified range to ensure the effects of degreasing cleaning fluid. Generally, 6 kg TM-T104A and 2.5 kg TM-T104B can improve free alkalinity of about 1.

 

  4.2 Degreasing fluid should be changed sink and cleaned-up sediment in time (20 to 30 days). After a long-term use (using more than six months), the solution was seriously polluted, or degreasing capacity diminished, and this moment adding of degreasing agent can’t achieve satisfactory results, the degreasing fluid should be replaced with new liquid.

 

5. Detection method

  Pipet 10 ml tank liquor in the conical flask, and add 50 ml distilled water and 3 to 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator. Titrate above-mentioned solution by 0.1 M sulfuric acid standard solution from red to achromatic color. The quantity (ml) of 0.1 M sulfuric acid is called as the points of free alkalinity.

  TM-T104A is light-red liquid, 200 kg / barrel;

  TM-T104B is white powder, 25 kg / woven bag.
