Whole Line Diagram
Core equipment
Pouring Mixer
The weighted slurry, waste slurry, water, cement, lime and aluminum paste will be added into mixer in sequence.
It is a combination of mixing equipment and pouring machine.
Finished Product Clamping Hoist
Finished products will be lifted by clamping hoister, to leave side wall behind, and the side wall will be transferred to a next cake production.
Tilting Table
After cutting processing, the waste material retained at the bottom or top of the cake should be recycled into waste pulp, after
being turned over by the tiling table and cleaned by the cleaning machine.

Vertical Cutting Machine
After side cutting area, it is horizontal cutting. The horizontal cutting machine will cut the cake into several layers according to the set value.
Cross Cutting Machine
Followed by horizontal cutting, it is cross cutting area. The cake will be cut in vertical as required value.
Separator
Teeyer separator has much better separating performance and operation experience for blocks and panels.
