WPC foam board
WPC foam board/sheet/panel is made by PVC resin and wood power at a certain ratio, added with other special additives , and extruded at high temperature.
WPC foam board has the sense of wood, but, it is not easy to be out of shape and have a better screw holding strength. it is harder and smoother, waterproof, UV-resist and anti-corrosion. It can be completely replace wood, plywood, poly-board, shaving board and MDF.
The sheets boast low thermal conductivity and therefore offer good thermal and sound insulation. Good flexural strength and excellent working properties make these sheets the ideal material for hugely diverse range of indoor and outdoor applications.
It widely used for kitchen&bathroom cabinet, door panel, cladding panel, building and upholstering, etc.
