Product Overview
20 ton manual isostatic pressure tablet press equipped with rubber mold, pointer type double scale pressure gauge, with organic glass protective cover; Integrated structure, with oil cylinder, oil pool, main board, and piston on one main body, without sealing connection, reduces oil leakage points and reduces the probability of oil leakage in the tablet press.
Handling of common problems with rubber molds for a 20 ton manual isostatic pressure tablet press
1. Rubber ring deformation: If the isostatic pressure chamber is used for a long time, it is necessary to regularly replace the rubber ring inside the chamber to avoid oil leakage and other phenomena;
2. Hydraulic oil: It is recommended to use clean No. 46 anti wear hydraulic oil for the isostatic pressure tablet press. If the color turns black or there are many particles, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner;
3. Chamber deflation: Before pressurizing the static pressure cylinder, the air inside the chamber must be completely discharged before normal pressurization can be carried out, in order to avoid air compression that may result in the chamber not reaching the required pressure;
4. Close the protective door: When pressurizing, it is necessary to pay attention to closing the protective door first and then pressurizing to avoid hydraulic oil leakage in the chamber, which may harm the operator;
5. Align the chamber: The isostatic pressure chamber must be aligned on the same axis as the screw and oil cylinder, ensuring that the pressure acts vertically on the isostatic pressure chamber;
6. Cylinder stroke: The cylinder stroke of the isostatic pressure tablet press should generally not exceed 50mm to avoid deformation of the tension spring and the inability of the piston to return.
