3. Chamber deflation: Before pressurizing the static pressure cylinder, the air inside the chamber must be completely discharged before normal pressurization can be carried out, in order to avoid air compression that may result in the chamber not reaching the required pressure;
4. Close the protective door: When pressurizing, it is necessary to pay attention to closing the protective door first and then pressurizing to avoid hydraulic oil leakage in the chamber, which may harm the operator;
5. Align the chamber: The isostatic pressure chamber must be aligned on the same axis as the screw and oil cylinder, ensuring that the pressure acts vertically on the isostatic pressure chamber;
6. Cylinder stroke: The cylinder stroke of the isostatic pressure tablet press should generally not exceed 50mm to avoid deformation of the tension spring and the inability of the piston to return.
