Tipped PCBN Inserts CNMG/CNGA
CNMG series inlaid composite PCBN inserts are very commonly used turning inserts, which can withstand continuous, intermittent and heavy interrupted machining conditions. There are different types of cbn insert materials for cast iron and hardened steel parts, which can fully meet different customer needs.
CNMG composite PCBN inserts conventional ISO standard type 80-degree diamond inserts, commonly used models are CNMG120404, CNMG120408, CNMG120412, etc. This series of inserts can also be customized by double-sided welding according to customer needs, so that 4 cutting edges, nose radius and cutting edges can be customized.

The hard coating of the cutting edge has no micro-chipping, and the surface of the cut product is brighter, which meets the requirements of high-precision cutting.
Under high-speed dry cutting conditions, facing a large number of high temperature problems, SCBN TOOLS designs a high temperature resistant film on the outermost layer, so that the cutting heat is excluded from the cutting edge of the tool, and most of the heat is taken away by the chips, thereby effectively increasing the tool stability.
