EXV2080 TV Motherboard and Panel integrated Tester is a device that can test both LCD module
and TV motherboard at the same time. EXV2080 adopts multi-core processor architecture design to
test 4K-VBY1 LCD module and 2K-LVDS LCD module. EXV2080 can test LVDS motherboard, test
VBY1 motherboard, test MINILVDS motherboard with powerful function (For those unfamiliar with
these signals, please read this manual carefully. With the EDP module (additional procurement
required), it can also test the EDP signal LCD module of notebook.


 When testing LCD module, EXV2080 supports image signal types with various resolutions and
formats, and has strong compatibility. It can output a variety of test images, such as solid color,
color bar, gray scale, animation, etc., and can track a single bad point on the LCD module, avoiding
the situation of misjudgment, making the test more perfect and judgment more accurate.


 When testing TV motherboard, it can test two groups of FHD LVDS signals at the same time, so the
test is more comprehensive. At the same time, EXV2080 also has its own image-detail display
function, which makes the characters clearer when adjusting the LCD module parameters. The
built-in LCD can achieve local definition equivalent to 1600 * 960 in magnification mode. When the
external display is connected, the dual screen display function can be achieved, and the local
definition in the magnification mode is equivalent to that of 2K display.


 EXV2080 has its own operation interface, which can be directly seen all parameters of TV
motherboard and LCD module. EXV2080 also has its internal protection circuit. When VLCD and
GND are short circuited, it can automatically judge and prohibit output.

 EXV2080 with micro USB data upgrade interface, support software upgrade. When there is a new
demand, you can upgrade the firmware to maintain its best compatibility
