4 Major Advantages
1.Light Weight
The modified cement perlite composite core material has a capacity of less than 600kg/m3, making the weight of the whole board only 30% of that of traditional concrete materials.
2.High Strength
Although it is a lightweight slab, it maintains the traditional reinforced concrete heavy-duty slab with large bearing capacity, and is an ideal material to replace the traditional concrete roof slab floor slab
3.Heat Insulation.
The board has good thermal insulation performance, the thermal conductivity of the material is low, and the heat transfer coefficient of the whole board can be reduced to 0.3w/m3k, which meets the requirements of building thermal insulation and energy saving in alpine regions;
4.Sound Insulation
The average sound insulation of the board is more than 40db, which meets the sound insulation requirements of acoustic buildings such as studios.
