1. Introduction:
As the latest automatic production supporting equipment integrated with compound aluminum film -> tube-making filling and double-card sealing, it's full-automatic compound aluminum film soft-bag filling double-card sealing machine is suitable for soft-packaged tube-making -> filling of glass cement and pasty materials and double-card sealing formation. The whole process of filling, sealing, card punching and cutting is controlled by PLC; the production process is in full-automation without manual intervention. The proportional valve is adopted; and the glue filling weight is precise. As a brand-new automatic production line, it can replace the sub-production complex process of former tube-making -> filling -> card punching, etc; and the process has improved the product quality and reduced the production cost.
The machine is mechanically driven by servo motor; multiple groups of cylinders are combined so as to finish the card punching function; and the machine has a compact structure and reliable drive. The parts and drive parts are manufactured by stainless steel and high-quality steel. The general mechanical performance and corrosion resistance of the complete machine can meet your production demands.

3.Operation
- After the position of the machine is confirmed, the filling centre must be adjusted to be consistent to the center height of matched welding machine. Four locking nuts below the machine base are loosened during the adjusting process; and then foundation bolt is rotated by spanner; and after the foundation bolt is debugged suitably, the nuts are locked. It must pay attention to grounding and stressing four pins and keeping the basic level of working table during the adjusting process.
- Online of card punching machine and welding machine: the card punching machine is connected with the welding machine by the carried connection wire. The power source and gas source are connected; and the pressure of the gas source is adjusted. It is normally debugged under manual state.
