ZPG T Series fiber laser tube cutting machine is a fully automatic laser tube cutting machine. This series of products is the preferred model in metal pipe processing industry.
The bed is made of honeycomb carbon structure after annealing treatment and welded by precision welding process. It has extremely high strength and stability. The running speed of the machine can reach 80 m/min，which is can process round pipes with diameter less than 350 mm and square pipes with side length less than 140 mm.

Loading manipulator technical parameters：

2. The feeding manipulator of the pipe cutting machine is suitable for round pipe specifications φ20-φ160mm, suitable for square pipe side length 15×15mm-110×110mm, single pipe weight ≤350kg, pipe length 1000-6000mm.
3. The material warehouse of the raw material pipe can carry 3000kg at most, and the pipe length is 1000-6000mm.
4. The 5 sets of mechanical synchronous feeders are driven by servo motors via precision reducers and synchronous shafts, which are used to sort out 1 pipe and wait for feeding.
5. The 5 sets of synchronous ejectors are driven by 5 sets of air cylinders, and the synchronous lifting is realized through synchronous shafts and gear racks.
6. The running distance of the material pushing positioning push rod is 3.2-12.1 meters.
7. The telescopic feeding clamp is driven by a servo motor through the synchronous shaft, and the left 3 groups are equipped with pneumatic clutches. According to the length of the pipe, the opening and closing of the clutch are automatically controlled, so that the feeding clamp can achieve 2 groups of synchronization or 3 groups, 4 groups, and 5 groupssynchronous feeding.
