Working Principle:
Colloid mill principle basic function is shearing, grinding and high speed stirring. Grinding process happened in the relative movement between the two teeth with one revolving in high speed, which makes the material between the teeth receive strong shearing and abrasion in addition to high frequency vibration and high speed swirl, While the other stays still to make materials that passing between tooth-from slopes receive great shear force and friction, the above forces effectively evenly disperse, emulsify, smash the material, JM series is a new equipment that wet processes superfine grain, which is used emulsify, mix and blend and smash various semi-liquids, sauce, paste and latex emulsion.

Circulation pipe is suitable for materials with low viscosity and need to be recycled and refluxed for grinding ,such as soybean milk ,mung bean beverage,etc .


1.A pair of conical rotating teeth in the colloid mill move relative to the fixed teeth .The materials pass through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth and are subjected to shear force ,friction ,centrifuge and high -frequency vibration to achieve the purpose of crushing ,emulsifying ,homogenizing and dispersing ,
