Brief Introduction
It is the production line for making soap.From mixing to get the soap mixture,after solidification,get the soap base, then unmolding out of the molds, and then cutting,stamping and packaging.
Work Process:
1.Mixing:Mixing tank for soap mixture with agitator and blender to ensure Uniform distribution of additives to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
2.Molding:Once the soap mixture is ready, it is poured into molds. The molds can be of various shapes and sizes, depending on the desired final product.Soap-filled molds for cooling and solidification.
3.Un-molding :Once the soap has solidified, it is removed from the molds.
4.Cutting:cut into bars or other desired shapes.
5.Stamping:The soap bars is stamped with logos, brand names, or patterns.
6.Packaging:the soap bars are packaged into film wrappers, or other packaging methods suitable for retail sale or distribution.
