Production Environment
Protective Clothing Sewing Workshop
At least 60 skilled workers are working for us, each of them can sewing 200 pieces of clothing a day. Our max output of protective clothing is about 300,000 pieces.
Four Thread Sewing Machine
While others are still adapting cheaper 3-thread overlock, 4-thread sewing machine stitching has been adapted in our clothing production since early 2017. Which can reduce stitching length and increase the strength of the seams.
Packing Workshop
Most of our clothing is packed in a plastic bag, which can only be done by human labor. Workers are told to wear caps and gloves, to reduce contamination while packing.

Established in 2009, Xiantao Jiahong is a professional manufacturer of medical and industrial use protective products. We are located in Xiantao city, which has the completest supply chain system and the richest production experience of non-woven products in China.
So far, we have two production bases in Xiantao, a total of 20,000 square meters. One of them is making non-woven fabrics, like spun-bond, melt-blown, sms and microporous materials. Another is producing finished products, including face masks, isolation gowns, coverall and other protective items.
We have been certified with China medical device production license, ISO 13485, CE and Type 4 5 6 coverall certificate. Approved medical standard tests of CN, EU and US markets, our face mask and coverall have been listed on the export white list since 2020.
