Q: Is the sample free?

A: Of course free. Sample free but freight collect.

Q: What about the delivery time?

A: When ship samples, we usually choose DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc express which would take 3-7 working days normally. While ship mass production products, we mainly choose shipping ways depends on customers need, such as Sea shipping, Train shipping, Air shipping, etc which would take 25-40 working days or so.

Q: If there’s any claims, how to deal with those problems?

A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. After the negotiation, if we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will compensate all your loss.
