A: For most of the product, we have sample in stock, sample can be sent out to you around 1 weeks, We can sent the samples via international courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL and TNT and so on

A: It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 4 days max for an order with MOQ qty

A: Yes, we have plenty experience in OEM developing Customers OEM project is welcome
Q: What format of the file do you need if i want to do my own design?
A: For printing design, we need PSD or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo to send you for print details approve include color, size and position before real sample making

A: 1.Tell us the model and the quantities you want to order
2. We will make PI for you
3. Checking PI and confirm it for us, we will issue the order via Alibaba, and make the production ASAP after payment
4. We will take photos for you to confirm and deliver the goods soon
5. Send the track number to you and track the goods for you until you get it. Sampling date it will take around 7days
6. Mass production delivery time is 7-20days. Depends on the quantity
