KRB-205 Strong Universal Cleaning Agent
1. Introduction
KRB-205 powerful universal cleaning agent is mainly a micro phase semi aqueous precision cleaning agent synthesized with a special formula from special surfactants, penetrants, solubilizers, multifunctional active solvents, and refined aliphatic hydrocarbons. It combines the advantages of solvent based cleaning agents and water-based cleaning agents, without the disadvantages of both, with good selective solubility and no flash point. It does not contain controlled substances such as heavy metals, and there are no harmful substances that require special labeling in the composition. It is non-toxic, harmless, and completely biodegradable.
2. Purpose
☆ Used to clean the surface oil, grinding oil, cutting fluid, rust prevention oil, dust, and other pollutants of ferrous metal, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, magnesium, zinc, and their alloys, ceramics, plastics, and other nonferrous metal precision parts.
3. Main performance
☆ Weak alkali, high concentration, strong oil removal ability, capable of quickly removing various oil stains and stains on the surface of the workpiece.

5. Usage
☆ When using this product, you should carefully read the product manual and use it under the guidance of professional personnel. Cleaning methods can be spray, hot soak, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.
☆ When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of oil contamination. To obtain the best cleaning effect, it is generally necessary to prepare the original solution and water into a cleaning solution with a concentration of 2.5 to 8.5%. After heating to 45 to 85 ℃ for spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning for 2 to 6 minutes, rinse with clean water according to the workpiece cleaning requirements before drying or directly drying. Increasing the concentration of cleaning fluid can improve cleaning ability. When manually wiping and cleaning, the cleaning agent concentration is relatively higher.
☆ When the oil stain is particularly heavy or high melting point lipids are encountered, manual or mechanical methods should be used to shovel part of the oil stain before cleaning.
6. Precautions
☆ Adjust the concentration of the cleaning fluid according to the degree of oil contamination, and determine the subsequent workpiece processing procedures based on the requirements for surface cleanliness of the cleaned workpiece.
☆ Timely remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid to avoid secondary pollution.
☆ Regularly add 1% to 3% cleaning agent every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after supplementation, it can be discarded and replaced with a new solution.
☆ Do not bring this product into contact with the eyes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, you can lift the eyelids and rinse them with flowing water or physiological saline; Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, maintain a resting state, and receive timely medical attention.
☆ To prevent excessive skin degreasing, wear chemical resistant gloves during operation.
7. Wastewater treatment
☆ Necessary treatment shall be carried out for the waste liquid, which shall be discharged after reaching the standard or neutralized and then incorporated into the urban and regional chemical sewage system for centralized treatment before reaching the standard.
☆ Waste liquid cannot be discharged into natural water systems and sewers. Please refer to relevant national and local regulations before disposal.
