1. Do doors and windows products have certification in Australia?
In 2015, our company obtained the AS2047 (door and window certification) certified by SAI GLOBAL Australia and AS1288 (Glazing compliance certificate), and we are a member of AGWA (Australian Glass& Window Association), and WERS (Window Energy Rating Scheme).
2. Does the glass have Australian certification?
Our glass conforms to Australian standards. The single glass and laminated glass conform to AS2208. Insulating glass complies with AS4666. The Australian standard certification LOGO is printed on the glass. All glass is fully tempered or semi-tempered. The commonly used colors are transparent, frosted, grey and low-emission (LOW-E);
3. What door and window products do we have?
Our company has three sets of products that meet Australian standards:
A: 100 commercial system. Including sliding doors, sliding windows, top-hung windows, fixed windows, glass shutters, hinged doors, and bifold doors, etc.;
B. 86 residential system. Including sliding doors, sliding windows, top-hung windows, Fixed windows, glass shutters. sliding windows, hinged doors, bifold doors, etc.;
C. Broken bridge heat insulation system. Including sliding doors, sliding windows, casement window opening outwards, horizontal pivoting windows, fixed windows, hinged doors, bifold doors, etc.
100 commercial system and 86 residential system can apply single-layer glass, laminated glass, or insulating glass; the broken bridge insulation system can only use double-layer insulating glass.
4. Are there any test reports for the door and window products?
Our 100 commercial system and 86 residential system's sliding doors& windows, top-hung windows, fixed windows, and 83 series sliding windows, having passed Intertek testing, and the physical performance have reached the Australian standard N3 level, and some of the products have reached N4 wind pressure level. We have product energy saving reports issued by the WERS. We can provide test reports according to customers’ requirements.

Both sides of the profile and glass surface are filmed, and the packaging of the finished product is made of pearl foam cotton. Place each packaged product in a 40*40*2.0 iron pallet welded by iron pipes, and then use packing tape to secure the doors and windows to the pallet firmly, and seal the pallet with clear wrapping films.
