Application Process
Step 1: Remove the plastic surround side and top mouldings correctly.
Step 2 : Cut the urethane from the outside between the glass and the pinchweld
Step 3 : Apply a windshield primer to the frit band
Step 4 : Apply the urethane with an electric caulking gun.
Step 5 : Lift the windshield into place
Step 6 : Push the window down around the frame to guarantee a tight bond and Allow the urethane to dry.
