Cooling coils made of stainless steel/ spray galvanized tubes & die formed plate-type aluminum fins with excellent bonding between them give efficient heat transfer & durability.
High quality powder coated GI sheet or SS casing with heavy duty outer frame.
Aluminum fins ensure rapid heat absorption from the air.
The staggered tube construction increases air turbulence at the coil to increase efficiency.

Project name: air cooler for Vietnam cold room
My client needs 12 units of 50 kw air cooler that made of all stainless steel for cold room to storage fruit.
At the beginning we were difficult to going on because my client knew little about what he need.
Then I tried to ask him step by step: (It only took 5 days to conclude a transaction. )
Me: May I know what medium will you use for the unit cooler?
Client: What is medium ? Sorry I don't understand.
Me: That's ok. Medium is something to cool the temperature. It maybe water, glycol, CO2, ammonia, refrigerant and etc.
Client: Thanks. The medium for my air cooler should be ammonia.
Me:OK we have solved one problem. Next, what is the room temperature and the ammonia inlet temperature?
Client: room: +5 ℃, ammonia: -5℃. Totoro, I am a little worried becasue I can't sure if those datas are reasonable.
Me: Don't worry about it. I will send you the sketch and data sheet that calculated by professional software to check all specifications.
Me: There is last thing need to confirm: Defrost type? Water defrost, air defrost or electrical defrost?
Client: Electrical defrost.

Packing & Delivery
Water pressure test
Before package, we will do the pressure test in the pool to check if the product leak. (Process: Connect the inlet/outlet of the product to the tube s then put nitrogen in it, and put the product in water. If there is no bubbling, there is no leak.)
The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.
If container is too tigher,we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
We will delivery on time by sea or by air according to your requiremnts.
