RYJ-XZ-160/2.5-S METERING PUMP
Mainly engaged in plunger metering pump, mechanical diaphragm metering pump, hydraulic diaphragm metering pump and other special pump research, development, production and sales. The metering pump produced by the company, its technical parameters, inspection rules are strictly in accordance with the national standard metering pump provisions.
Metering pump according to the hydraulic end is divided into two categories: plunger type and diaphragm type. According to the machine base there are RYJ-X, RYJYX, RYJ-Z, RYJYZ, RYJ-ZD, RYJYZD, RYJ-D, RYJYD, RYJ-T, RYJYT, RYJM, RYJWM, RYJXM, RYJZM, fourteen series. Usually single parameters for users to choose, can also be realized according to the needs of the same frame with the same specifications of the combination of multi-link and different frame different specifications of the combination, especially suitable for the proportional transmission of multi-component media in the process flow.
There are two kinds of flow regulation of metering pump: one is to change the plunger stroke length of the pump (the best relative stroke length is 30-100%), the adjustment can be carried out in the shutdown or operation. Second, the frequency converter is used to change the input power frequency to adjust the pump speed, in order to achieve the remote control of flow regulation and computer management.
The metering pump produced by the company is suitable for conveying the temperature of -30 ~ 100℃, viscosity of 0.3 ~ 800mm2/s does not contain solid particles of liquid. The metering pump has the advantage of no leakage, so it is suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, strong corrosion, radioactivity, highly toxic, suspension and expensive liquid. Especially the diaphragm metering pump with alarm device can give an alarm within 2 seconds after diaphragm rupture, ensuring the safety of the operator and the process (see "Diaphragm rupture Alarm Device Instruction Manual" for details).
