Working Principle :
Waste gas purification tower is also called wet scrubber, acid mist scrubbers, or spray towers, consist of five main components: the tower body, water pump, fan, electric control system, and pipelines. The tower is equipped with a water tank at the bottom, and the water is transported to the spray system by a water pump, where it is atomized into a mist through nozzles. Driven by the fan, the exhaust gas is introduced into the wet scrubber from the bottom via a pipeline. As the exhaust gas passes through the packing layer, it comes into full contact with the water mist, and fine dust and water-soluble components fall into the bottom recirculating water along with the mist. The purified gas, after passing through the top demister to remove moisture, is then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. The tower bottom is pressurized by a water pump, causing the absorbent to be sprayed at the top of the tower, cascade down, and then recirculate to the bottom. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets national emission standards.
