1: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course. For some stock goods, we can send samples within 2 ~ 4 working days. If you want to make special decoration or print / mark on the bottle, it will take about 7 ~ 15 days to process, and the sample cost is reasonable.

2: Can we print on these items?
A: of course, there are different printing methods for you to choose from, such as screen printing, laser engraving, hot stamping and silver printing. We also provide sanding, waste transfer printing, painting, electroplating and oxidation color customization services.

3: What are your shipping terms?
A: Express (such as DHL, FedEx, TNT & UPS), air or sea can be provided according to your requirements (FOB, DDP, DDU, CIF, DAP).

4: Is there a cheap mode of transportation for my order?
A: Of course. For small orders, it is recommended to express and sea transportation (Consolidation) and railway. As for bulk orders in units of 20gp and 40HQ, it is suggested that the shipping cost will be greatly reduced. For urgent orders, door-to-door service can be provided by air.

5: How do you control quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production and start mass production after the samples are approved. Before production, I have professional QC to inspect the goods. If the goods are found to be unqualified, they will be lost in time. During the production process, QC will conduct 100% inspection every day. If the goods are found to be unqualified, they will be lost in time. Before packaging, patrol inspection and QC sampling inspection shall be carried out. If the goods are found to be unqualified, they will be lost in time. In addition to the quality inspection records of each batch of orders, we will also take photos + short videos after packaging for you to check.

6: Do you accept customization?
A: Yes, we accept customization according to your own design or requirements. If you have any other style you want, then show me the photos and your ideas, we can make it a reality based on the design, please feel free to email me to talk about the details. The specific cost can be determined after confirmation.

7: How is your after-sales service?
A: Our after-sales service is permanent. As long as you put forward something you don't understand, I will explain it to you in detail.
